Manuel is Orlando's cousin, a chara from the book series Popstar-Reihe *. There was a tragic misunderstanding between the men and their rift lasted more than a decade. In Immer eine Herausforderung nach der anderen * the men finally talked to each other and reconciled.

This drawing of Manuel with his new adopted dog illustrates a scene from the book Amish Vineyard - Spaltung *. Manuel looks to his future with some melancholy, but also with new optimism.
